I personally think the Molino Pasini Verde produces an even more tender pizza than Caputo though.

Thank you. I ask because I am fortunate to buy Caputo cheap in NY so price is no concern. I have never used Molino Pasini... I will keep an eye on it and see if it is anywhere to be found in NY.
Sorry if I ask since I could search, but I presume those are all WFO pizzas. right? The cornicione is as close as to visual perfection as it gets.

Thank you!  They were all baked in a homemade WFO (40").

Just got my test bag in the mail today. I am out of town for an event this weekend, but am going to put it up against our go to flour next week. Excited to see the results. They look great on here so far.

I may be sold too. Put my 50lb sample bag to the test this weekend. Really enjoyed every step of the process with this flour. Has a very silky texture, and produced a great finished product. Fed over 225 people with it and got rave reviews .

After seeing this thread, I shot GM an info request and got an immediate response from Harry Stuart the senior territory manager and he said that 2 bags were being fedexed.  So far I cannot say enough good things about it or GM. It is milled in Great Falls Montana so it is in my back yard.  Nice flour.
