neapolitan style pizza at home without a wf stove

My current pizza goal is to produce a neapolitan style pizza at home without a wf stove. I've been working on this for a long time and have gotten to the point where my pizza's are nearly as good as what I have  eaten in Italy. I had the good fortune to visit Italy three times for work this year, I was in culinary heaven. I ate pizza in Venice, Naples and Bologna and I could not get enough. My latest endeavor was to use 1/2 wheat flour, to make my wife smile, and I've made some excellent crust with 1/2 wheat 1/2 white. Here's a couple of pictures, some half eaten, of my latest version, baked on my gas grill, it turned out excellent. One thing I have not been able to master is to make a crust that I can easily stretch without tearing holes in it. Also, a picture of my pizza in Naples and Bologna, Italy
