Title says it all.  First firing that has been worth talking about in a year.  And it was well worth the wait.  Most consistency I've ever had from one pizza to the next.

Thanks, I highly recommend it.  I wish I could give a good description of what I did with the chops but I was enjoying my neighbor's homebrew while it was cooking them.

Excellent - love the shrimp salad pie.
I love pigs. They convert vegetables into bacon.

Thanks Craig,  we had just gotten back from Gulf Shores and had some Gulf Shrimp that we had to put to good use.  It was killer with the pesto sauce.
