I'm a pizzaiolo originally from Morocco, lived and worked in Italy (Naples then Florence) as a wood-fired pizzaiolo for about 9 years, now I'm living in New Jersey. I'm looking into opening a wood-fired pizzeria, and would be very interested in talking with anyone who might want to partner in this endeavor. I'd also love to hear from anyone in the area who's done it already. I think there are a lot of untapped geographic markets here, though I realize many areas are saturated and I would obviously avoid those areas.
Anyway I'm mainly looking to connect with anyone, in this area or otherwise, who is also thinking about opening a pizzeria.
