Where to buy IDY in Southern California?

Do any of the regular grocery stores carry it or either of the club stores or Smart and Final?  Thanks.

To answer my own question:

Smart and Final had both saf and one other kind of instant.  They also had Red Star ADY.

 I am not sure if there is a Sam's club near to you're house. I have been to a few Sam's in different states and they all carried IDY. It is in the baker aisle near the flour of coarse. It comes in two 16oz. packages for about $3.00. It should be stored on the freezer or cooler and kept sealed. This stuff could last you a couple of years or as long as the date will allow.               Chiguy

I have seen SAF in envelops next to Red Star and Fleshman's yeast in various grocey stores. I think Raley's/BellAir/NobHill is a good place to start. The package states that is is SAF gourmet yeast. Please let us know what you find.
