I am about to purchase a refractory pizza oven for my patio which is under construction.
My contractor uses Belgard products and is familiar with the Chicago Brick Oven products. I am suspicious of their quality.
I have also looked at the forno bravo models- but am unsure which one I would want.
My desire is to make neopolitan style pizza. Large is better, but cost is a concern too.
I need some advice!
