I'm loving the way that melted bufala looks.  It could use a bit more sauce, though.

I want to try there again.  The time I went was lunch and maybe I did not get the best pizza maker or oven state.

Abcova, I agree.  The dough can be made to shine at 60s or 90s but if it's baked 30s too long or short of it's intended time, the crust will not be optimal.  The pies I had tonight weren't doughy for me.  The crust was made properly, and was tender even after the pizza cooled down.

Yes Scott, the first pie could've used a touch more sauce.

Steve I would say both places I visited was slightly different and very good and good representatives for NP pizza.  I would not hesitate to return to either establishment and recommend both places.   8)

Bill I fly out tomorrow but will be back up this way in the future.  I will have to check it out then.

Chau, if memory serves me correctly Kelly use to talk about Pupatella as if it was in a class by itself- and that it bettered any NP that NY had to offer.  Was this your experience?

It was very good no doubt but it wasn't the best I've ever eaten, based on this one visit and my own personal preferences.

He was making pies.  I did let Enzo know that PM was in the house.   :D. Cool place though.  It was busy and wait did not feel long at all.  The appetizer, pies, and gelato all tasted great.
