Need help with crust.
« on: February 20, 2006, 03:11:29 AM »
Hello, I am new here, I have a problem going on with crust.

Everytime I make crust, it gets way to dry and puffy, almost like "Bisquick" stuff, it's hard to even eat!
I don't use bisquick or anything like it, just homemade crust, can anyone help me? Thank you!

JordonThePizzaMan,

We will need much more information in order to be able to help you. Please post the recipe you are using and how you make the dough, with as much detail as you can. The problem can be in any number of possible places and it is only with all the facts and details that we have a chance of diagnosing the problem.

Jordon,
You may want to look around the message board, and the front page for some good recipes for dough.
It will depend on what type of pizza you perfer, NY style, Chicago Style, California, the list goes on.

One thing to keep in mind is the flour you use and for what style of pizza you want to make.
