Hi all! I'm working on a pizza I could eat every day. I watch my nutrition very closely for body building. But also love pizza which doesn't have the best nutritional profile. Perhaps just one reason it's so good! Also making myself, I can make smaller portions.
The healthiest pizza would be very thin crust, minimum cheese, veggie toppings, low fat meats like chicken. Add lecithin to the dough for health and extensibility. Add up to 10% whole wheat, rye, wheat germ, and spelt to the dough. Olive oil is one of the healthiest fats but for body building I think you need to avoid most fats.
