My smallest ever NY pizza

Had to make do with a peewee doughball. I regret not having weighed, lol. Well, at least there's a Coke can and my hand as a reference to its size  :-D

Topped with a few pinches of shredded whole milk mozz and some bits of raw spicy fennel italian sausage, this lil fellow baked in just under 3 minutes in my electric oven, with the soapstone on the middle rack preheated at 300 deg celsius and top broiler element on.

69% hydration, hand mixed as always, JerryMac inspired formula.

 I remember seeing that post a few years ago. You definitely have me beat sir, but I should point out that my lil NY'er was hand stretched, and no cookie cutter was used  :-D :-D
