Regulations for WFO in NYC

Hi all, does anyone know the regulations and permits required for using wood burning  pizza oven in NYC, I have existing restaurant in NYC and looking to add Neapolitan style pizza to the menu, right now have bakers pride gas oven is the wood oven require additional permits?

Yan, this forum has a couple members who have installed wood fired ovens (WFOs) in their NYC restaurants, but, unfortunately, they don't post much.

While I hope that someone else might be able to chime in with advice, I think your best first course of action is to contact the city. I would guesstimate that Manhattan, alone, has at least 300 restaurants with WFOs, so your local fire inspector should be well versed in the steps you need to take regarding permits.
