Has anyone tried Molino Bordignon farina tipo "00" flour? The deli here had that and one other kind but the other was also a brand I hadn't heard of and was more expensive.

Lido,
I did a Google search and found the website for Molino Bordignon, at
http://www.molinobordignon.it/prodotti1.htm
. You can see the pizza flour products by clicking on Linea Pizza. Is there any information on the bag of flour to be able to say which of the three types of Molino Bordignon pizza flour you have? That information will tell us a lot about how to use the flour. BTW, if you click on the little UK icon at the website you will get the English version.
