Hi All. I live in England. I am looking forward to learning from you all. I hope the language barrier isnt too much of a problem. I watch food network channel usa, and i do get a bit confused with measurements and different types of flour. I will ask tho.

stannes123 , Welcome. Most of us use grams as our weight of choice. You should fit right in. Your written English is just fine I understood everything you wrote :o , suprising for me to understand anything ;D .
