Looking forward to Pizzas

Hello - I'm Blu_Dcel and just purchased a Blackstone oven.  I used it for the first time last night.  I purchased a couple pizzas from Nonno's in Redwood Estates (Santa Cruz Mountains) between Los Gatos and Santa Cruz.  I was very happy with the outcome, but I would like to start making my own dough.  The pizzas from Nonno's are wonderful, but they are cooked in a cardboard holder in a regular oven, I did not want to use the cardboard.  The dough is sticky and it was quite difficult to transfer them from the holder to the oven, but the crust came out great.
