He is FAST, but what is amazing to me is the length of time the opened dough sits on the table before being put on the peel. If I did that, my dough would be stuck to the prep table. Mark

Eh gad, stacking them on top of each other? I wouldn't need to bother warming the oven, I would just put the skins straight into the trash can.
