First time Caputo 00 with MPO

Caputo 100%, 60% water, 30% starter, 3% EVOO 6 hours ferment.  2 minutes range  bake time in MPO on my DYI portable base.

Thanks. It was very light, I prefer KAAP over Caputo for my oven.
