Greetings all. I am an amateur cook who enjoys making all types of food. For Pizza, I have been in search of a solution short of a full pizza over to make Neapolitan. The closest I have gotten is to get my Big Green Egg up to 750 degrees but the bottom finished first as the opening of the lid takes away the heat dome to cook the top. Joined to read about smaller Pizza oven options for my backyard which is quite small.
