I used to post around here a little bit back around 2007. I got so fat from making pizza that I gave up making (not eating, lol) it for quite some time. Decided to give it a go today. I found a recipe in my files that came from forum member Goosen1. Not sure if he's still around or not. I made two dough balls with his recipe. One I'm proofing on the counter for consumption today. The other I threw in the fridge and will give that one a try tomorrow for the Packers-49ers game.
It's been a long time and I've forgotten a lot of what I learned here. If they turn out well I might post some pictures. It was good to measuring like a mad pizza scientist again.
