I actually saw it in the store yesterday.  The oven doesn't do much for me, but you can buy the stone seperate and that is interesting.  It is sandwiched with and air gap to eliminate bottom heat issues.  Seems interesting.

Sur la table also now sells baking steel too.  If convenience is your thing you can spend $80 for a 14x14x1/4 piece of stoughton steels off cuts, lol.

Probably one of the few ways to distribute the heat from a single burner out to the 12" diameter of the round stones.
