Hi all, I'm an east coast girl stuck in CA where the pizza leaves a lot to be desired. In my home state of Maine I eat Sam's which is a maine owned restaurant and papa gino's. I'm wondering if anyone can help me make a crust and sauce that tastes like those. The sauce isnt super sweet and it is rather greasy but after going without a good pizza for so long! greasy and messy is exactly what I need. If anyone can help, feel free. Otherwise I'll be waiting at least 5 more months before eating real pizza again. thanks
