Made my version of Keste Pizza del Papa. Half of butternut squash, cubed, microwaved for 7 minutes with salt and pepper. Boy, the squash tastes great this way. Too thick. Thinned it with about 1/2 cup of cream, and added some more salt and pepper. Easier to spread. Family liked - added smoked mozzarella, roasted red bell peppers, EVOO and some spinach( did not have baby zucchini around ).
