This is olive oil from my fathers field from Kalamata, Greece. Not only is Kalamata recognized as producing the finest oil in the world, but our field is regarded as one of the best in the region itself with acidity levels less than 0.1%. We bring in about 2500L a year for our restaurant in Canada and the rest we leave with the family that tends our fields.
VPN or not, this is what goes on top of my pizza!
Interestingly, it may be on yours as well. Our largest customers have always been Italians using our oil to blend down their acidic levels to qualify their product as EVOO
