Hi there, I'm Chris from Ontario Canada. Only discovered this forum last night, I'm very excited to be here. Up until now, my main pizza source has been reddit/r/pizza, but I can already see there's ample of useful information here.
I cook pizza pretty often, at least once per week. I cook them on my stone or my iron cast pan. I've been making small adjustments every time I cook one trying to find my perfect formula. Not quite there yet!
