I have a Big Green Egg and I have cooked couple of Pizza's buying dough from the local grocery store Publix. It has turned out good, but always wanted to try Pizzas with the Caputo 00 flour that people on the Egghead forum always recommend. So I ordered the flour on Amazon.com (3rd party store) and wanted to make sure that I make the perfect NY style Neopolitan Pizza. Hence the reason to join this forum as suggested by the members on the egghead forum. Hopefully your instructions will give me enough tips to make the perfect NY style pizza.
