Breadsticks

I have been searching in vain for the topping to my wife's breadsticks.
She is in love with the Pizza Hut breadsticks and I can't get it right. It is just missing something but I can't find it. I have searched at least 100 (no kidding) toppings on google, and experimented with my own to no avail.
I like them very much and my wife likes them but does not rave about them. She likes the stick just needs tweaking on the seasoning.
Any suggestions???
Oh yeah and before you say to ask xphmngr, I already did he left the store before they had the current sticks.
this is the current topping or toppings I have tried:

garlic/garlic salt/garlic powder
butter/olive oil/ canola oil
basil/oregano/marjoram
kosher salt/sea salt/table salt
Parmeasean cheese

I have used all possible combinations of the above in varying amounts.

I wish I could help, I too am in serch for this topping, I have tried a ton of combinations, and I have nothing to show for it.

Thanks for replying. Its nice to know your I'm not alone in my quest.
I swear that this seasoning secret is more closely guarded than The Colonel's 11 Herbs and Spices.
For crying out loud, you can at least find that recipe on every cooking site from A-Z...

Have you tried Penzey's Pizza Seasoning? It is really good added to tomatoes for pizza sauce and I have sprinkled it on foccacia after brushing the dough with olive oil.

Do you put the seasoning on before you bake the bread sticks or after? I would think that if the mix had Parmesan cheese in it, you would season the sticks with oil and the cheese after they came out of the oven.
