Gatti's Pizza Sauce
« on: October 04, 2013, 07:57:57 PM »
I have always like Gatti's Pizza, going back at least 20 years. I used to order pizza with extra sauce because to me, the sauce is the best I have tasted. I Still feel that way.

Anyone have a clone recipe for Gatti's sauce? Or any suggestions on how to get close?

Thank you

Maybe most don't know of Gaitti's or don't like it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Pete-zza has done so with Papa John's in the past.

Pete-zza help???

Thanks

Philip,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to clone a sauce for which there is no ingredients list or nutrition information that is dedicated solely to the sauce.

I came across these videos the other day which might help someone come up with a Gatti's clone (when I lived in Louisville, KY, there was a Gatti's not far from our house, the pizza was pretty tasty).
