Hello from the Northeast

Hello everyone, just a quick introduction from a new member in the Northeast.  I've always been very interested in bread making and pizza eating, but a recent trip to Rome, including my introduction to the wonder's that Bonci creates, has instilled a new obsession with pizza making.  That ridiculous combination of crispy and tender was very eye opening for me - and the toppings were a whole new world.  I look forward to learning from everyone on this board!
