I've enjoyed this forum for several years now, and I've learned a great deal. Great explanations, detailed descriptions, wonderful recipes, spectacular photos of pies… and I’ve never posted…mea culpa…! That probably won't change much, but I did feel compelled to, finally, intorduce myself. My name is Wayne and I live in southern California. Recently (since about June), I’ve been following the posts on the Black Stone oven. I’m Very interested in that, but still fence sitting- no rush (as you have undoubtedly already deduced) on my part. I enjoy the baking, sharing, and eating of pizza. My skills and presentation are no where near the level of the folks on this forum, but it is a great place to learn from and foray into deeper (sometimes) uncharted waters. Not to savvy when it comes to Tech skills (computeres, cameras, etc). Thanks to all for sharing your experiences and knowledge. Looking to do a Jackie Tran style Sicilian/Detroit style pie very soon.
