Sooooo, Biggest damned party I ever paid for. Guessing 300+ people there for the reception that served up slow roasted rib roast and au jus gravy, beautiful roast turkey (VERY moist), wonderful baked dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, buns, pickle and olive etc tray, AWESOME dinner catered in by the Ptacek's in Prescott WI about 5 miles from Hasting here. They did a great job. So no, John I did not make anything, but this place out did themselves!! Everything went great with no goofs.
Thank you all for the well wishes and congrats!!! No pics yet but I will when I get some. And yes, I did tear up a bit, thought I could hold it but....how can a guy do that??? Takes a man....a HUMAN to cry :'( Very proud dad indeed.....and mom too!! :P
