4 something minute bake times...also allows excellent reheat hours later.I posted this elsewhere,but cant recall.Pizza is baked on a 18x22 Fibrament stone.I use a wooden peel to launch,and a metal peel to remove.After the Pizza is done,I move them to the screens to help the pie cool off properly.Metal pans are stupid,the steam sogs the crust,and the moisture has no place to go.

Looks tasty, any shots of the bottom?
If Tetris has taught me anything, itís that errors pile up and accomplishments disappear.

If you were asking me,sorry no shots of the bottom that time.It had a little char,but not blonde or pale like others cooked on screens or etc.
