Greetings from Ohio
« on: October 21, 2013, 09:58:28 PM »
An ol' guy that retired from my second or is it my third career a few months ago.  Hard to remember at this age!  Thinking of going to the community college and taking "Chef School" courses.  Been taking over the cooking my Pizza skills were learned from my Grandmother many, many years ago... It's time for an update, and your board rocks!  :chef:

All the best,

Hi Dave: Welcome to the forum and congragulations on retirement!   I was trained into pizza/baking by my mother and her family who came to NJ from Italy.  I spent my youth in the NYC/NJ scene and the pies we make stand up to that standard.  I enjoy sharing the art.  If you live in the Newark area you might want to check out the bakery/pizzeria I am running.  It is a unique situation.  There is a link below.  Walter
