Lost and found
« on: October 22, 2013, 01:04:17 PM »
Hi All,

My name is Nick and I'm new here. I've been lurking for a few months. I have spent a good part of 15 years searching for the perfect pie. I won't preach to the choir any further as it is clear to me that just about everyone here is almost exactly like me. It's a little scary actually.

For some reason I had not done my research on the internet when it came to pizza. It mostly came from family recipes, books on Italian cooking, books on bread, and observing pizza makers. Lo and behold I began researching an oven and found this community and I've been hooked ever since. I look forward to hanging with all of you and hope that I can be of some help along the way.

Regards,
Nick

Thank you Mark.

Here's a white pie I made some time ago.
