New Member Intro

I have decent chops in the kitchen with great equipment. Unfortunately I have limited baking/dough skills. I currently own a Mugnaini wood fired oven which has produced good pizzas.  I am looking for true greatness here. Looking forward to learning the art of pizza perfection.
