New Member Intro

New member with very little experience creating my own dough. Previously used convection oven and bought pizza crusts. Now owner of Blackstone Pizza Oven and have made my own dough on two occasions. Very interested in the dough making process as I am a complete novice.

Welcome to the forums, regardless of the type of pie you're trying to make there are plenty of knowledgeable members here with plenty to offer. Do you own a kitchen scale? If not I'd strongly recommend you invest in one as they are indispensable for baking.
If Tetris has taught me anything, itís that errors pile up and accomplishments disappear.
