Howdy all, new member nicus here doing the obligatory intro thing. Been spinning my own for about 4 years now so I can get pizza the way I want it, not the way Papa so-in-so finds most profitable. I made the switch when I moved to the edge of the world (coast) in the Pacific Northwest. It's 40 miles to the closest pizza shop so necessity forced the change. Now I get superior pizza for about 1/4 the cost. Win win.
