Rolling in the dough from PMQ
« on: October 26, 2013, 07:33:33 AM »
I saw this article in the PMQ Pizza magazine (October 2013) about picking the right piece of equipment for the right type of pizza.

Hi Norma:  Thanks for posting that article. I am curious about the dough bowls but couldn't find any info on them other than a contact address.  I sent an email to them.  I also tried to join the PMQ think tank but never got it figured out.  That is ok because as I have read the posts there they seem to be more of a mass production type pizza mind set.  I prefer the vibe here.  Walter

Walter,

I am glad the article was of some help to you in looking into the dough bowls.  Let us know what you find out about them.

I even forget where I did register at PMQ, but if you want to try to subscribe to the PMQ Pizza Magazine you could try at this link and wait until the Subscribe click here shows up.  http://www.pmq.com/

The magazine is free and in my opinion there are good articles sometimes.
