Someday I want to meet you and go on one of your pizza tours.  I think we could have a blast and I could learn a lot from you about the history of NY pizzas.

I have followed Scott Wiener's book tour and also read his blog.  I thought the photos of the 19th century tables the pizza makers used were interesting.
