Hi everyone,
can somebody tell me how a pizza like this actually goes together ?
upon looking again ( just now ) I seem to see 2 layers of dough, amost like a dough within a dough.
Am I seeing things that aren't there ? or is this how all Chicago pizzas are made ?
I was always under the asumption that a Chicago style pizza meant that you make
it in a very deep dish, and the dough goes on the bottom, as does any pie...
then the toppings are just all reversed... so cheese, then toppings, then sauce on the top.
And that was it..... but I think I'm wrong now..... any fast little tutorial on this would be great
if you could.
