I live in Northern Nevada near Lake Tahoe. I grow 100% organic tomatoes in my garden. This year I hit 400 pounds (56 plants in 300 square feet)and canned 40 quarts of spaghetti sauce and 20 quarts of pizza sauce. My pizza sauce is good because it contains homegrown tomatoes, but I know it could be great. Anyone having a great pizza sauce recipe, I would really appreciate it.
