Hello folks, just wanted to make the formal intro. My name is Jerry Aldo Arcieri, from Bergen County, NJ.
Built my first brick oven this past summer, and have been working on the pies each weekend. Looking forward to learning more about the brick-oven pizza process, pies, and more.
