My first thoughts:
Looks like you made the dough a few hours before baking.
Looks like possibly a lot of oil in the dough.
Looks like they were probably kinda crunchy, as opposed to chewy.
They look tasty, though.
Used cold pizza dough straight from the frig from being made the night before.
I havent altered the oil levels when making the dough , so would too much oil be a bad thing? Maybe ease off the oil or ?
Actually came out with a slight crunch and slightly chewy.
I am trying to perfect the dough so i am open to all opinions .
