Anyone used Faina alba superioara 000

I bought 1kg bag of Faina alba superioara 000 for $1.5 from a local specialty store to try. Wondering best temperature to bake at.

Wondering if it is alternative to Caputo... I bought it from phoenicia.

I totally missed that. My guess is azodicarbonamide or some other bleaching agent.
