I use a clear plastic condomint bottle (ketchup,mustard, etc). Available @ restaurant/chef supply stores and online. Easy to clean and refill. You can cut the opening to suit your specific needs (so chunky sauce doesn't get stuck). :chef:

I like to freeze a giant 16" wide tube of pizza sauce, and then simply cut a very thin slice off the end.  I lay that down on top of my pizza dough and cover it with toppings. 

No, not really, but wouldn't it be great if it worked?

When it's really hot out, you could take a chunk off to eat like a pizza sauce flavored ice-pop.
