If I lived in San Fransisco that would be totally amazing, I hear they have about the best airbourne
yeast in the United States.
Anyway amazing stuff, as I'm thinking of starting up sourdough again... a lady friend of mine is going to send
me some in an enveloppe, the guy she got it from just takes a pastry brush and paints it onto a piece of plastic
and then lets it dry. There's enough there to get your starter going, a really neat way to send it in the mail !
You just flick it off into your vessel with your finger nail or whatever and then start adding some water to it
to bring it back to life....
I'm completely (commercial) yeast free. Only sourdough starter. Mmmmm!
