Pancetta Bread Rolls w leftover dough

Holiday Pizza party yesterday for my staff.   :chef:

One lonely dough was leftover along with some pancetta.  A dough is a terrible thing to waste.......... :'(

We made 7, but one (except for crumbs) never made it to the picture.  Stretched out the dough to a rectangle last night, rolled in the pancetta, cut into slices and into the fridge.  Warmed it up this AM for an hour, brushed it with olive oil and then baked in the toaster oven at 450 for about 15 minutes.

Chewy, salty and good!  :P

I'd tear those apart.  Looks great!
