Web enthusiast sites rock! I found this site last night and made up a batch of dough from the DKM recipe using my KA and some bread flour. Tonight I stopped by a restaurant supply store on the way home from work and picked up a $3.00 pizza screen and after about 30 minutes of work I ended up with a wonderful pizza! Thanks for being pizza geeks, it really helps out other geeks who want to learn about something.
