Musharoni tonight

18" Pepperoni, half mushroom. Grande shredded 1/2 mozz-provolone mix, not very impressed. Too much dough so a little thick. Still tasted good though.

Great looking musharoni pie! Looks like it was a very even bake. How long did this one bake for?

Thanks Johnny. This one was 480*F on 1/2" steel. 2nd rack and broiler the entire time for about 6.5 minutes. My broiler is fairly weak.
