I went to a local chain "Louis DeAngelo's" they specialize in pizza & calzones but have other fine Italian foods. I don't care mutch for their pizza (the crust isn't very good) but some members of our party odered 1. It was served on top of a full 6lb can of Alta Cucina plum tomatoes. I asked our waiter if this was what they used in their sauce & it was. I had the spagatti & meat balls & the sauce was 1st class (almost as good as mine) so here are some photos of the lable from that can. My camera isn't too good
