This is what I use...its made to keep pet food fresh, I got from Amazon a few years ago but I think Petsmart/Petco sells them also.

If you are willing to use a 5-gallon bucket (you can buy these Gama lids at Home Depot or Lowes).

Or order from Amazon.

They have an o-ring and are used by survivalists for long-term food storage.  I keep my beer brewing grains in them. No bugs, no moisture contamination.

(You can also buy new 5-gallon buckets at Home Depot or Lowes).

This particular one uses food-grade plastic (no dies)

Also available on Amazon...

Unfortunately, the above suggestions may be of little help to air540g since he is in Korea: http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,19412.msg189865.html#msg189865

I'm sure equivalent type items are available there.

Karl,

Maybe, maybe not. However, it would be nice if members abroad noted the country near their names, or at least in their profiles, so that our members do not spend too much time providing replies that may not be applicable. But, that said, our domestic members are likely to find the suggestions useful even if the foreign member doesn't.

I got air-tight containers from the bakery department at the grocery store.  They throw away the buckets that icing comes in.  Ask them to save you a few.  I clean them out really well and have been using them to store my flour in the basement for a few months now with no critters  ;)
