Thanks Bob.  This one was of my earlier attempts.  The go to recipe now though is here.  Crust is excellent.  Try following my baking methods.   The sauce is still a work in progress.

Nate - Having failed Chicago thin crust a few times now, we should definitely try this as well when we get together.  Have you tested the 7/11 tomatoes yet?  Do you like em better than the 6-1?  (We did on our Neapolitans...)

Haven't tried 7/11s or the cheese yet.  I have to finish off about another 20oz of 6 n 1 first.  I am trying the Supremo Italiano tonight though :).  Next week I will try the 7/11s and let you know what my taste buds say.

I'll definitely have to make you one of my Chicago thins when we do our bake off.
